Terms and Conditions

Returns Policy:  

Cancel order - You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 10 days of the date of order, this notice may be given by, e-mail or telephone. On cancellation, for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost within 10 days. Your payment (including the cost of sending the item or items to you) will then be refunded. Items that were ordered from our suppliers specifically for you (i.e.:  non stock items) may incur an additional 10% handling charge.

Faulty goods - You should notify us of faulty goods received within 10 days of the date of receipt, this notice may be given by, e-mail or telephone.  You must return the goods to us within 10 days. The item may be replaced or your payment including all delivery costs will be refunded.

Made to order - We cannot normally accept returns on any items which have been specifically been made to order (such as a paramotor). However this will be reviewed on a case by case basis. In the case of items that were made to order we aim to refund the value of the item minus any expenses incurred by us in supplying the item.  Note: If the item has been used the value will be less than when new and unused.


Manufacturers Warranty - Faulty items that a customer has had for more than 10 days but are still covered by a manufacturers warranty, can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer during the warranty period. The cost of sending an item to a manufacturer for repair or replacement is to be met by the buyer\customer.

 

Deliveries:

UK Deliveries

For delivery of low value items (below £80) in the U.K. we keep your costs to a minimum by using postal services where possible.  We can only provide proof of sending. Items that are sent by post and lost, will be replaced or refunded, but this involves an investigation and claim for compensation which can take up to 6 weeks to process. Please contact us if prefer to pay the extra for tracking and insurance, then we can arrange for your item to be sent by an insured and tracked method (courier or Royal Mail special delivery), which will probably be faster and provide some amount of insurance in case the order doesn't arrive properly. Expect the delivery costit to be more expensive.  High value items must be sent by an insured delivery service.

 

Outside of the UK

For shipping outside the U.K. we keep your costs to a minimum by using Airmail postal services where possible.  We can only provide proof of shipping. There is no replacement option for items that do not arrive using Airmail postal services because there is no tracking. Be aware that Airmail  can be painfully slow to international destinations. Please contact us if prefer to pay the extra for tracking and insurance, then we can arrange for your item to be sent by courier, which will be faster and provide some amount of insurance in case the order doesn't arrive properly. Expect it to be very much more expensive.  High value items must be sent by courier.
